Frequently Asked Questions About Character Rentals
How far ahead should I book my party character?
Book three weeks out for weekday parties, six weeks for Saturday afternoons. Popular characters like Elsa need eight weeks during peak season (November-February).
What happens if my character runs late?
We add free time equal to however many minutes late we are. If we're 10 minutes late, your 45-minute party becomes 55 minutes at no charge.
Can characters perform outside in Florida heat?
Yes, but we need shade and water breaks every 20 minutes when temps hit 85°F or higher. We recommend afternoon parties after 4 PM from June through September.
Do you bring multiple characters to one party?
Our Premium and Deluxe packages include two characters who arrive together. Popular pairs include Elsa and Anna, Spiderman and Spider-Gwen, or any princess with a superhero.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 days before your party for a full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days out get 50% back. Less than 7 days notice means we keep your deposit but refund the balance.
